- Mindfold, Incorporated offers a 30-day, money back, satisfaction guarantee for products purchased directly from Mindfold Incorporated. Return your Mindfold within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price. We do not cover the cost of returning the mask to us. We can only process refunds to the issuing credit card or PayPal – no cash or check refunds are possible through the website. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of returned mask for refund.
- Mindfolds purchased from 3rd party vendors will be replaced if defective. Refunds can be sought from the vendor.
- A Mindfold will gladly be replaced if it is proven to be defective in manufacture within six months of purchase.
- Mindfold is used by a variety of companies around the world. Mindfold, Inc. does not provide endorsement or support of any particular use for our products and the views, information and opinions expressed by various organizations/companies or individuals does not necessarily represent those of Mindfold Inc. and its employees. Use of the product is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser/user and does not imply endorsement by Mindfold, Inc.
- Neither the seller nor manufacturer will be liable for any injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use or misuse of this product. Before using, determine the safety of the Mindfold for your intended use, because you assume all liability in connection with the use of the Mindfold Mask.
- We do not sell, give or otherwise disseminate your personal information (including email address). Contact information from your order may be used solely by Mindfold, Inc. to either send out special offers (via email) or to contact you regarding your order when necessary. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings by emailing a request to email@example.com.
While Mindfold strives to provide the most efficient and cost effective method of shipping, Mindfold cannot guarantee delivery time frames due to varying custom procedures.
