Refund Policy

Although we are confident that you will love your Mindfold Mask, if for any reason you wish to return it within 30 days of purchase (other than for a defect) you may do so. Please contact us before shipping your return.

    1. Mindfold, Incorporated offers a 30-day, money back, satisfaction guarantee for products purchased directly from Mindfold, Inc. in original/unaltered condition.  Return your Mindfold within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price.  We do not cover the shipping cost of returning the mask to us. We can only process refunds to the issuing credit card or PayPal – no cash or check refunds are possible through the website. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of returned mask for refund.
    2. Mindfolds purchased from 3rd party vendors will be replaced if defective (within 6 months of purchase).  Refunds can be sought from the vendor.
    3. A Mindfold will gladly be replaced if it is proven to be defective during manufacturing within six months of purchase if in original/unaltered condition.
    4. There are no refunds for Custom orders other than for defects and are guaranteed for defects only within 6 months from purchase.

  1. Mindfold is used by a variety of companies around the world.  Mindfold, Inc. does not provide endorsement or support of any particular use for our products and the views, information and opinions expressed by various organizations/companies or individuals does not necessarily represent those of Mindfold Inc. and its employees.  Use of the product is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser/user and does not imply endorsement by Mindfold, Inc.
  2. Neither the seller nor manufacturer will be liable for any injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use or misuse of this product.  Before using, determine the safety of the Mindfold for your intended use, because you assume all liability in connection with the use of the Mindfold Mask.

Privacy Policy

  1. We do not sell, give or otherwise disseminate your personal information (including email address). Contact information from your order may be used solely by Mindfold, Inc. to either send out special offers (via email) or to contact you regarding your order when necessary. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings by emailing a request to customerservice@mindfold.com.
  2. Your order is placed through our secure SSL server which encrypts your information during transmission.  We do not receive a copy of your credit card number and we do not use cookies to track your visitation to our site.

International Shipping

While Mindfold strives to provide the most efficient and cost effective method of shipping, Mindfold cannot guarantee delivery time frames due to varying custom procedures.
