Brief Info on Our Process
Minimum
There is a minimum order of 100 masks. Common orders sizes are 100, 300, 500, and 1000.*
Timing
After artwork approval, it takes about 8 weeks for completed masks.*
Cost
The price of the final custom mask is the wholesale cost at the time of ordering plus the cost of the plastic. You always have final approval of cost before order is placed.*
Custom Orders
Since this is a custom order, the masks must be paid for in full at the time the plastics order is placed. There are no refunds for custom orders other than for defects.*
**Estimated lead-time for custom orders is approximately 8 weeks.
*Shipping and Customs -Shipping in the US is free. Foreign shipping and customs are paid for by the customer. All sales of custom orders are final except for manufacturer defects. The final price is dependent on complexity of logo and order size. There may also be an initial art charge. Conservatively you can count on about an 8 week lead time to get them after pricing and art approval. High Resolution, Vector art needed.
