We offer FREE regular shipping within the United States. If you are outside of the United States we must charge International shipping. We ship our orders that are under 1 lb. by USPS First Class or USPS First Class International. If your order is over 1 lb. we will ship it by UPS or UPS Worldwide Expedited.
US Wholesale Customers: Orders of 16 and over ship UPS and are not eligible for USPS Priority Mail shipping. Please contact us directly for pricing if you would like Expedited shipping.
We try to process orders within 48 hours unless it is placed on a Friday — we are closed on Saturday and Sunday so it will be processed the next business day. However, things happen and sometimes it takes a day or two longer to ship your order.
Within the USA we ship either USPS First Class or UPS Ground. Orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive in the major markets. If you live in a small town (as we do) it may take a little bit longer.
If you have given us your email address you will receive tracking information when your order is shipped. If you have not received anything please be sure and check your Junk/Spam Mail folder before contacting us.
Yes, we ship to most foreign countries. We ship our foreign orders through either USPS First Class International or UPS Worldwide Expedited. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive tracking information when your order ships. Please allow up to two weeks after shipping for your order to arrive.*Prices do not include any Customs taxes or extra fees that your country may charge.
Our wholesale pricing policy is really very easy. If you order 12 or more Mindfolds the price is $7.95 each (retail is $19.95) including FREE regular shipping within the USA.
PLEASE NOTE: US wholesale orders of 16 and over ship UPS and are not eligible for USPS Priority Mail shipping. Please contact us directly for pricing if you would like Expedited shipping.
For larger quantities:
100 – 499 Mindfolds: $7.50 USD each
500 – 999 Mindfolds: $7.25 USD each
1000+ Mindfolds: $7.00 each
If you are outside the USA we must add the cost of International Shipping. However, we also offer one FREE Mindfold for every 50 ordered for all International orders.
Unfortunately, we do not offer distributorships at this time. However, we do offer wholesale pricing and we ship to most foreign counties.
We DO NOT recommend sharing your Mindfold. Some people may have a sensitivity to face lotions or an eye condition that could be transmitted to others. Since it is not possible to properly sterilize the Mindfold mask between uses please keep your Mindfold for your own personal use.
With regards to the cleaning of the Mindfold mask, follow the instructions below:
- Rinse the Mindfold mask in cool running tap water.
- Add a small amount of dish washing liquid to the foam surface. If you are sensitive to dish soap use whatever mild washing liquid is best for you (i.e. shampoo or liquid face soap).
- Gently clean the foam surface.
- Again rinse the Mindfold mask in cool running tap water until the water runs clean and all of the soap has been rinsed out. DO NOT wring or twist the mask.
- Place the mask on a flat surface and press the mask/foam gently with a paper towel to remove any excess water.
- Allow the mask to air dry completely. We recommend letting it sit for 24 hours.
Due to the need for total darkness, we only produce the Mindfold Mask in black. We have tried other colors but they just don’t work as well.
Our Mindfold Masks come pre-printed with the Mindfold Logo. At this time, we are not able to do any on-demand printing of your company’s logo on our masks.
Although we are confident that you will love your Mindfold Mask, if for any reason you wish to return it within 30 days of purchase (other than for a defect) you may do so. Please contact us before shipping your return.
- Mindfold, Incorporated offers a 30-day, money back, satisfaction guarantee for products purchased directly from Mindfold, Inc. Return your Mindfold within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price. We do not cover the shipping cost of returning the mask to us. We can only process refunds to the issuing credit card or PayPal – no cash or check refunds are possible through the website. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of returned mask for refund.
- Mindfolds purchased from 3rd party vendors will be replaced if defective. Refunds can be sought from the vendor.
- A Mindfold will gladly be replaced if it is proven to be defective in manufacture within six months of purchase.
No, we do not collect VAT tax.
Effective July 1, 2021, EU member states will collect value added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU. The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties or fees.
